Yes, we do. If there is a pass code on the device it hinders our ability to test all the functions. Please provide your pass code with the device when you drop it in for repair. If you do not wish to provide your pass code, certain device functions cannot be tested and cannot be guaranteed, including but not limited to the camera, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth functions.
No, you do not need to schedule an appointment to come in for a repair. Most if not all repairs can be done generally as a Walk-in. Only for our Mobile Flex (We Come to You) you do need to schedule an appointment.
Yes, you can schedule an appointment and secure a convenient time you would like for us to come.
Most repairs can be completed by one of our experienced technicians while you wait in store, usually in 30 minutes or less. Certain repair services, such as our liquid damage repair service, may take significantly longer, and those repairs cannot be completed while you wait in store.

We hold the highest confidence in all of our repair services. 90 Days Warranty is applied to all repairs carried out with the exception of liquid damage repairs.
We do not quibble over warranty claims however we must stress that the warranty is null and void should there be any cosmetic damage shown on the device after the repair date.
